Essential oils reduce ADHD symptoms in children (Dr. Friedmann)

The power of nature remedies is gaining recognition - that's a great move forward.

Natural products do not produce side effects and stimulate the self-healing capacity of the body and mind.

I can only applaud this way of thinking, and can also confirm that many people, after years of struggling with all kinds of conditions such as sleeping disorders, depression and ADHD, get so much benefit from herbal remedies.

The added value of Go4Balance creams: a natural product based on pure essential oils.

These creams are based on the synergy of three essential oils, where each offers wonderful and important added value in the self-healing capacities of children and adults.

Study by Dr. Friedmann.

To quote Dr Friedmann's article (Healthwatch.eu), his research has shown that essential oils are successful in the treatment of ADHD.

Vetiver oil calms the nervous system.

“Physician Dr. Friedmann discovered that vetiver oil has a positive effect on children with ADHD.

Vetiver is a type of grass native to India.According to Friedmann’s research, children who inhaled vetiver oil three times a day for 30 days experienced significant improvement in their brainwave patterns.

The children’s’ behaviour also improved, as did their performance in school. The study also showed improvement in 80% of children who were administered cedarwood oil using the same method.

Cedarwood oil contains a high concentration of sesquiterpenes that improve oxygen supply to the brain.

  •      Vetiver and cedarwood essential oils are two important Trust cream ingredients; they are extremely effective as natural adjuvant treatments for ADHD and hypersensitivity.
  • Simply apply them to the skin; within minutes the essential oils enter the bloodstream and their positive properties rapidly take effect.

Eucalyptus oil reduces mental exhaustion and increases blood flow to the brain.

Dr. Friedmann also recommends other essential oils that have proven useful in tackling the symptoms of ADHD.

Peppermint, eucalyptus and lemon oils are valuable essential oils when it comes to heightening concentration levels.

  • Peppermint oil improves alertness;
  •  Eucalyptus oil reduces mental exhaustion and increases blood flow to the brain;
  • Lemon oil improves mood and prevents emotional outbursts.

Focus cream: a synergy of lemon, eucalyptus and lavender essential oils.

This cream is very effective when use in tandem with Focus herbal drops.

Children and adults simply apply this cream to the skin.

It can be applied to the temples, the third eye (between the eyebrows) or the soles of the feet.You can find other application suggestions on my website as well as in the handy instruction leaflet placed inside the packaging of every Go4Balance cream.

I wish you heaps of inspiration as you discover the world of natural medicine and its role in the treatment of anxiety, hypersensitivity, concentration problems and other such imbalances;

My experience has taught me that the way of nature is the right way, bringing with it harmony and healing.

Lots of positive encouragement,
