The four elements - Earth, Water, Air and Fire – work as a compass to show where you stand in relation to a healthy and well-balanced lifestyle. It was this philosophy that led to the birth of Go4Balance in 2012.
The four elements (or humours) of Hippocrates - the father of Western medicine credited with this theory – has captivated me since my student years.
His use of natural remedies is still extremely relevant today and there is plenty of evidence to show that his is the right path, even centuries later!
That life never goes according to plan is something I have experienced first-hand.

.Every day I take the time to walk in the great outdoors with my four dogs, three of which are rescue animals.
This is the perfect gift with which to start or end my day.
As a health-conscious forty-something (1977), I practice mediation and yoga, and opt for a healthy and natural diet every day.
I take herbs and natural products, offering these natural gifts to my body and mind; all of these things fill my soul with joy.
I am blessed with a wonderful partner. Our greatest strength is that we give each other the freedom to walk our own, unique paths. This means I have the space to grow and to become the best possible version of myself.
