How Do I Use It?
Simply roll using circular motions on the wrists or specific touch points like the solar plexus (between your navel and sternum). Roll up and down behind the ears (an easy way to enjoy the benefits when out and about) or the soles of the feet before going to sleep.
As you do this, breathe deeply. As you breathe out, release any feelings of stress and sadness. When you breathe in, fill your mind with positive and soothing thoughts such as: “I let go of the past”, “I heal my inner child”, “I surrender myself to the ‘flow’ of life and let go of painful emotions”, “I opt for a lighter, problem-free life” or “I choose peace and relaxation”.
The deliciously soothing scent of Enjoy resets the areas of the brain responsible for emotional burdens. Can be used by children ages 5 and up and adults.
Not recommended for pregnant women or children under 5 years of age. For younger children (2 years and up) try Enjoy Cream instead).
